It was a comfortable and relaxing stay

Breakfast was great. Wish there was bacon on both mornings we stayed.

The balcony needs some covering up for privacy in the tub. A jacuzzi would have been better.

The pool, the staff. Decent hotel for the price

No AC in the lobby/restaurant, which made the breakfast not so pleasant. No face towels in the room, had to ask for toilet paper a few times. There were others, but you know about them from the beginning (no bathtub, only a shower, the lavatory is in the room, not in the bathroom etc)

Wonderful

The staff, the facility, breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool was great, the room was spacious, the little cafe bake and bev makes excellent smoothies,

The area is very busy, the traffic is all day. The king power mall, free shuttle that is advertised in the lobby of the hotel is a scam, which I told the manager of the hotel. Hope they do something about it.

A hotel close to beach

The property is close to Patong beach. The hotel provides a good & diverse breakfast. The room has ok bathroom facilities and it is quite big.

The first room that they offered to us, in the building no.2, at 5th floor, with a swimming pool side view, had a hard smell of mildew (mold) and it had serious problems with the card for electricity. We tried the card for electricity 8 times in order to make it functional. We asked for the room to be changed and they did help us with a room without the initial problems, but in building no.1, which was ok. The cleaning is not so ok, it needs substantial improvements. The hotel has an outdated and dirty lobby. The TV in the room was not functioning

amazingly kind staff, perfect location, high standard rooms

Staff was extremely kind, they provided us the room earlier plus they served a refreshing towel and a cold juice upon the arrival. The pool is great, I recommend you to try it too. They provide towels in the bar. Also they make nice coffe and ice chocolate in the bar.

Great and modern hotel with spacious, comfy and very clean rooms.

The hotel is relatively new and modern. And the Junior suit on the 7th floor was great with a comfy bed and a fantastic balcony with jacuzzi and hang around sunbeds. Best was the cleaning lady (Tina I think was her name was). Always smiling and very attentive. And her work was superb.

Overall I am very happy with my hotel visit. But there are a few improvement suggestions. The WIFI was very unreliable and slow which is an issue when one has to work over internet. And not really up to Ramada^s standards. Secondly, although the breakfast was generous and vary, I got the feeling that is was more about quantity as appose to quality. Specifically the hot and warm food.

Location, pool, room , staff were great ,breakfast was great .. I recommend to everyone visit phuket stay at ramada best service..

Everything was good , just need more kids activities, kids room need more toys..if they had kids playground would be great .

Nice hotel in the center of Patong.

Comfort of the room. Nice pool. Quiet rooms but the corridors are noisy ( uncovered floor). Kindness of the personnel. Professional lady (Mrs Ployprom) at the reception desk.

The breakfast was on the weak side .A lot of dishes but not appealing . It would have been better to reduce the number of dishes and improve quality.

Comfortable and pleasant hotel at the heart of Patong.

Very cooperative staff at the reception desk. There was a duplicate reservation by mistake, but the issue was quickly solved by an efficient lady at the reception desk.

The staff needs more training and especially the room staff which lacks elementary training.

Clean and comfortable, good location

They upgraded us to a bigger room with a pool view. The room is very nice and clean. The breakfast is varied and very good. The bed is big and comfortable. They brought us a lot of water bottles without additional charge. The shower is big and can be closed, so the toilet area stays dry. The hotel isn't too close to the center so it's a quiet area, but it's not too far either so you can walk there. It's within a walking distance to the beach and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and travel agencies. The staff is friendly and smiled at us every time. (:

Their laundry service is very expensive (you have to pay for each item, not by weight), so we had to do laundry outside the hotel. It's not too bad, because there is a laundry very close to the hotel. The room was a bit dark, but overall it was ok.
